Israeli
singer, Tzipi, blessed with a unique and versatile voice with incredible
range, Tzipi sings in a variety of styles, combining the best of Israeli
traditional music with the best of contemporary international songs.
Her repertoire includes Broadway musicals, standards, jazz, as well
as Jewish music. She is a dynamic performer who sings in 8 different
languages including English, Spanish, Yiddish, as well as Hebrew. (See

Tzipi, who was born in Haifa, Israel, began her career in the Israeli
Army Entertainment Group. She collaborated with Israeli's top writers
and composers, including Shimon Cohen, Ehud Manor, Amos Etinger and
Moshe Vilensky (who in 1983 received the "Israel Prize"-similar to the
Grammy). In 1995 Tzipi was voted as one of top ten singers in Israel

Tzipi has given recitals and concerts throughout Israel and has performed
as a soloist with many of Israel's symphony orchestras. Tzipi participated
in several Israeli Music Festivals and her performances have been aired
on Israeli radio and television. She was sent by the Foreign Ministry
of Israel to sing for Jewish communities all over the world, and performed
with leading Israeli artists such as Yaffa Yarkoni, Mike Burstyn, Shoshana
Damari, Izhar Cohen, Chava Alberstein and Mati Caspi, to name a few.
In 1990, she performed with the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra in an
event honoring the great Israeli composer Moshe Vilensky, which was
broadcast nationally in Israel.
In 1999, while searching for her roots, Tzipi released her Yiddish album,
titled "The
Best Yiddish Songs", a collection of the most popular Yiddish songs.
Last year, Tzipi recorded her album of favorite American standards,
including songs by George Gershwin and Cole Porter.
